Can House of Commons supply all registered numbers, addresses.

Can House of Commonsexplain why your letter headed paper makes no mention of your company registration at companies house?

Thank you for your email of 26 July asking whether the House of Commons is a limited company.

The House of Commons is not a limited company. The House of Commons is neither a public liability company nor a private limited company. It has no shareholders. The House of Commons is not listed on the London Stock Exchange, Dunn and Bradstreet or any other stock exchange. The address of the House of Commons is: London SW1A 0AA. The headed notepaper used by the House of Commons makes no mention of any company registration at Companies House, because there is no such registration.
