Hi

I have been asked for you to provide clarification on your request.

Can you please advise if this would include our conference centre at the Horizon Centre which is used mostly by external hirers as a commercial meeting space a ‘community venue’? It is also used as an internal meeting room.

Also what is meant by bookable space? Is that number of attendees within the rooms and/or how many rooms within each venue?

Many thanks
Nicola

Dear Nicola,

Many thanks for your question. Yes please do include your conference centre.

Regarding bookable spaces, it means the number of unique rooms/spaces available for hire. E.g. a conference centre may have 10 rooms that can be hired in different combinations - total would be 10.

Yours sincerely,

T. Houghton
