Dear Warwickshire County Council,

Please provide a copy of the community use agreement which has been agreed to discharge condition 33 of planning application - RBC/16CC016.

Please do not reply to say this information is available on WCC's planning portal. Various condition discharge notices are present on the planning portal but not one relating to condition 33.

If Cllr Seccombe has failed to ensure that this planning condition has been discharged please do not respond to say that you do not hold this information but rather answer my supplementary request which would be, in that instance, to provide details of all correspondence relating to her failure.

Yours faithfully,

Richard Allanach
