No, the team does not have any professionals with expertise in assessing and managing behaviour that challenges in adults with a learning disability, either now or within the last 3 financial years (2013/14, 2012/13, 2011/12).

The behavioural outreach service is provided by Lancashire Care Foundation Trust (LCFT) , and the Council refers people onto LCFT for this service.
