Your request is being dealt with under the terms of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000 and will be answered within twenty working days.

If appropriate, the information may be provided in paper copy, normal font
size. If you require alternative formats, e.g. language, audio, large
print, etc. then please let me know.

For your information, the Act defines a number of exemptions which may
prevent release of the information you have requested. There will be an
assessment and if any of the exemption categories apply then it will not
be released. You will be informed if this is the case.

If the information you request was obtained from or relates to a third
party then they may be consulted prior to a decision being taken on
whether or not to release the information to you.

In some cases there may a fee payable for the information requested. This
will be considered and you will be informed of the fee payable if this is
the case. In this event the fee must be paid before the information is
processed and released. The 20 day time limit for responses is put on hold
until receipt of the payment.

Your request has now been considered and we are unable to provide you with
the information you have requested, as this information is not recorded in
manner that makes it possible for the information to be provided as it has
been requested and to be in a position to do so would equate to more than
the 18 hour limit set by the act.
 
In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000 this
correspondence acts as a Refusal Notice.
Under section 12 of the Act, the Council is not obliged to comply with a
request for information if the authority estimates that the costs of
complying with the request would exceed the appropriate limit.
 
The Freedom of Information and Data Protection (Appropriate Limit and
Fees) Regulations 2004 has set the appropriate limit as £450 based on a
charge at £25 per hour.
 
In the interests of transparency and assisting you in accessing
information that is relevant to your request I can inform you that we have
been in a position to ascertain the following information on the attached
documents within the time limit set by the Act.
 
You may wish to narrow and resubmit your request so that it falls within
the “appropriate limit”. 
 
Please note the information is still covered by copyright legislation. You
are not authorised to re-use this information for commercial or research
purposes as defined by the Re-Use of Public Sector Regulations 2005. If
