Community rates for hall and room hire
Dear Culture and Sport Glasgow,
The community facilities hire booking form gives the following rates for for 23/24:
Sports Hall - £13.10/hr
Large Hall - £13.10/hr
Medium Hall - £7.40/hr
Small Hall - £5.80/hr
Please can you provide the following information:
1. The basis for how these hourly community hire costs are calculated, such as any internal documentation or guidance for how these rates should be set
2. How often these rates are revised and adjusted?
3. Who or what body is responsible for setting these hourly hire rates?
4. A list of exceptions or cases where discounts may be given on these community hire fees, or cases where free use of room hire facilities is available
