Dear Tom Robinson,

I am writing regarding your information request received by Braintree
District Council on the 08/06/2022, case reference 6169.

Your request for information has been processed under the Freedom of
Information Act (FOIA). The Act enables access to information held by the
Council, subject to exemptions contained within the Act. The Act does not
require the Council to create information to respond to a request if the
requested information is not held, nor to give an opinion or comment.

1. How many Community Protection Notices (CPNs) have been issued by the
council, or individuals acting on behalf of the council? Please break this
data down into each activity for which the CPN was issued.

Nuisance from odour of cannabis = 1

General ASB (multiple issues such as noise/odour and/or behaviour likely
to cause harassment, alarm and distress) = 10

Parking/driving across public green spaces = 1
