Dear South Oxfordshire District Council,

I made a previous FOI request about community protection notices and other litter-related statutory provisions. I understand that, at the time of my request, 2 CPNs had been issued under the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014. I was just wondering what these were for? Alternatively, if you could break these down into CPNs which were litter-related and CPNs which were not litter-related.

Yours faithfully,

Samantha Davey

Karen Brown,

Dear Ms Davey

Following on from your previous FOI request about community protection
notices (CPN) and other litter-related statutory provisions.   I can
clarify the two CPNs issued under the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and
Policing Act 2014 in South Oxfordshire were for dog control issues.

Kind regards

Karen
