Community midwifery and health visiting

We're waiting for E Moore to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear North Bristol NHS Trust,

Do the authority still use paper versions of the red book and green book for community midwifery and home health visiting?
Do the authority use any electronic versions of the red book or green book? If so which products do they use and how much did they spend on this software in each of the last three financial years?

Yours faithfully,

E Moore

Margaret Smith (CMW), North Bristol NHS Trust

Hi,

At the present time we are using the Red Child Health books although work
is being undertaken to use a Digitalised Red Book. There is no start date
as yet.

The Hand held maternity books are also part of a  review and a suggestion
has been made to use a digitised format. At present we are continuing to
use a paper copy of the Maternity hand held notes . We do not  use the
green notes we have a locally designed set.

Kind Regards

Maggie
