Community midwifery and health visiting

The request is waiting for clarification. If you are E Moore, please sign in to send a follow up message.

Dear Barts Health NHS Trust,

Do the authority still use paper versions of the red book and green book for community midwifery and home health visiting?
Do the authority use any electronic versions of the red book or green book? If so which products do they use and how much did they spend on this software in each of the last three financial years?

Yours faithfully,

E Moore

BARTSHEALTH, Foi (BARTS HEALTH NHS TRUST), Barts Health NHS Trust

Dear E Moore

The Trust has received your request, however, before we can proceed we require some clarification from you.

You have asked for information about the 'red book' and 'green book'.

Please can you confirm what information you are seeking, i.e. what are the formal names of these books (so that we can be sure that we are providing the correct information)? Do you mean the Personal Child Health Record (red book) and Pregnancy notes (green book)?

In accordance with the FOI Act and the FOI Code of Practice, your request will be put on hold while we wait your clarification and the clock restarted once sufficient clarification has been received. If we do not receive a clarification from you within 2 months of this email we will consider the request closed.

Yours sincerely
