Dear East Sussex County Council,

ESCC receives an annual allocation of funding from the skills funding agency of around £194k.

In your budget summary 2015-16 the amount is listed under the heading "where County Council acts as "agent" to transfer funds".

Can you please confirm where these particular funds are transferred to and under what arrangement/contract?

Yours faithfully,

Lorraine Black
