Community Empowerment Task Group
Dear Nottingham City Council,
Could I request under the Freedom of Information Act that you provide copies of all agendas and minutes of the Community Empowerment Task Group as defined in the One Nottingham 'Community Empowerment Strategy'
Please include copies of all reports, action plans, evaluations and related articles the task group have produced or considered as part of their work to ensure 'Strong, Active and Inclusive Communities'.
I would also like statistics collected to show this strategy's achievements using the methods and criteria defined on pages 7 & 8 of the above strategy. These should be presented by year to indicate improvements made.
I would like your response to span from the groups inception to the current day.
Yours faithfully,
Ben Rodgers

Dear Information Governance,
I believe a response to my FOI request is due either today or tomorrow in order to meet the legal deadline. Please provide an update as to when I am likely to receive this?
If any of the information requested is already publicly available could you provide links to this?
Yours sincerely,
Ben Rodgers
Dear Nottingham City Council,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Nottingham City Council's handling of my FOI request 'Community Empowerment Task Group'.
This is because apart from the acknowledgement dated 26th September I have received no response to my request despite requesting an update over a week ago. I have yet to receive any acknowledgement or reason for the delay. I wish the internal review to be handled separately to the request for information which I would like to be provided as soon as possible. I am happy to receive a partial response, could you please provide the information, if any, you have to my request.
As part of the review could you explain the reasons for the delay and lack of correspondence and the action NCC is taking in order to ensure it is able to meet legal requirements under the FOIA in the future.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:

Yours faithfully,
Ben Rodgers
