I am writing to request an internal review of Scottish Environment Protection Agency's handling of my FOI request 'communications with Aberdeen Football club, Aberdeenshire Council or Aberdeen city Council'.

My original request for information was submitted on 27th March 2019. The statutory response time is 20 working day. Therefore I should have expected a response by 25th April 2019, this is not the case.

I would like a review into the time taken to respond to my request, I am still awaiting a response.

We have received your Request for Review relating to your recent request
for information which was logged by us as F:0190317.

 

I acknowledge that SEPA has clearly not met its duty to provide
information within statutory timescales, as laid out in Regulation 5(1) of
the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004 (EIRs). We have
not met the level of service I would expect us to provide when responding
