line engineer support contract

using? We use Jabber that is deployed to all desktops and corporate
mobile devices

How many employees do you have overall within your organisation? 320

Who currently provides your calls and lines? Colt and ServerChoice
What is your current annual spend on calls and lines? £60k per annum
globally
When is your contract renewal date? N/A contract to be ran until end of
March 2021
Are you using SIP or ISDN? Mostly SIP but we have ISDN in Germany
Do you use a wide area network? Yes via the internet and VPN
