All these services are provided to the Office of the Registrar of
Consultant Lobbyists (ORCL) by the Cabinet Office. Might I therefore
suggest that you contact the Cabinet Office with your FOI request. The

I see that you have also sent the same request to the Boundary Commission
for England (BCE). The same, very small team provides administrative
support to both ORCL and BCE (hence my responding to you on behalf of both
organisations). As with ORCL, the BCE is provided with all its telephony
by the Cabinet Office.
