Call Centre Enterprise (CCE) is utilised by HM Land Registry (HMLR) and
this contract is with Softcat Plc.

 

 2. When was the installation date of your telephony equipment?

The current contract commenced as at 1 August 2019.

 

 3. Who maintains your telephony system(s)?

Softcat Plc who sub-contract to Enghouse Interactive Plc.

 

 4. Please confirm value of the initial project and value of annual
support/maintenance services (in £)?

Annual support and maintenance is circa £146k.

 

 5. When is your contract renewal date?

July 2020

 

 6. Please confirm the manufacturer of your Contact centre system(s) that
are currently

in place?

MLL Telecom Ltd who sub-contract to GCI Communications.

Annual Spend is circa £286k.

 

16. When is your contract renewal date?

The current contract expires as at 25 July 2024.

There is a 1+1-year extension.

 

17. Are you using SIP or ISDN?

Session Initiation Protocol (SIP).

 

18. Do you use a wide area network?

Yes.
