Who maintains your telephony system(s)?
Please confirm value of the initial project and value of annual support/maintenance services (in £)?
Does your annual maintenance service include moves, adds and changes? And if not what is the annual cost of moves, adds & changes?
When is your contract renewal date?
Do you use Unified Communications or Collaboration tools such as Microsoft Skype for Business/ Teams/Cisco/Avaya/Mitel? If yes, what tools are you currently using?

When was the installation date of your contact centre infrastructure?

Do agents work from home? Or just your offices?

Thank you for your Freedom of Information Request which we received on
20th July 2020.

 

It might be helpful to explain that the Regional Partnership Board (RPB)
is an alliance of various statutory and non-statutory organisations and is
not therefore an organisational entity in its own right and does not
operate any telephony systems or contact centres.  These are operated by
the partners that the RPB is comprised of and you will need to direct your
request to those organisations:

In relation to the last section of your request, the Regional Partnership
Board does not employ any staff directly. Instead all those involved in
