The request relates to an event held by the East Sussex & Romney Marsh Hunt at Abbey Green ), Battle on Boxing Day 2023.

1/Could you please provide any correspondence ,documents, emails or any methods of communication you may have had between Sussex Police and East Sussex County Council regarding the staging of an event in Abbey Green area, Battle, Sussex.

The event was planned and took place on Boxing Day 26th December 2023
Please provide information for the period 1st July 2023 to 1st Feb 2024

2/Could you please provide any correspondence ,documents, emails or any methods of communication you have between Sussex Police and Battle Town Council
regarding the staging of an event in Abbey Green area, Battle, Sussex.

The event was planned and took place on Boxing Day 26th December 2023
Please provide information for the period 1st July 2023 to 1st Feb 2024

3/Could you please provide any correspondence ,documents, emails or any methods of communication you may have had between Sussex Police and English Heritage regarding the staging of an event in Abbey Green area, Battle, Sussex.

The event was planned and took place on Boxing Day 26th December 2023
Please provide information for the period 1st July 2023 to 31st May 2024

4/ Could you please provide any correspondence ,documents, emails or any methods of communication you may have had between Sussex Police and individual organisations or individuals, and individual emails WITHIN Sussex Police ( redacted to Section 40) regarding the staging of an event in Abbey Green area, Battle, Sussex.

The event was planned and took place on Boxing Day 26th December 2023
Please provide information for the period 1st MAY 2023 to 1st Feb 2024
