Dear Daniel

Re: Freedom of Information Request ref: FOI_1257277

We have considered your request under the terms of the Freedom of
Information Act. Please find our response below.

Can I have all correspondence between Mott MacDonald, the GCP and Strutt
and Parker concerning that part of the proposed C2C Busway between the
West Cambridge site and Grange Road, from 1/12/18 to the present day?

An initial search of correspondence between Mott McDonald, GCP and Strutt
and Parker has shown that there are a significant amount of information
that has been identified, and which may or may not be relevant to the
scope of your request. This task alone has taken a considerable amount of
time for the officers involved, and further work is required to review
this information and extract the relevant information from these records.
This will take several days, which would result in officers working over
the 18 hours within which it is considered appropriate to respond.
Therefore, a response to this request is being refused under Section 12
(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 which states that where the
where the cost of compliance exceeds appropriate limit, the Authority is
not obliged to comply with a request.

As you have submitted a new request under reference FOI 1269956 and stated
that this supersedes FOI 1257277, we will take forward your case under
this new reference number as previously advised.

I hope this information is helpful but if you are unhappy with the service
you have received in relation to your request and wish to make a complaint
or request a review, you should write to Information Management, at either
[1][email address] or by post at Box No. OCT1224, Shire Hall,
Cambridge CB3 0AP within 40 days of the date of this e-mail.

If you are not content with the outcome of the internal review, you have
the right to apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a
decision. The Information Commissioner can be contacted at: Information
Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9
5AF, or via their website: [2]https://ico.org.uk/.

Generally, the ICO will not undertake a review or make a decision on a
request until the internal review process has been completed.

Kind Regards,
