Communications between the DMBC and the Museums Libraries and Archives Council
Dear Museums, Archives and Libraries Council,
I request to see all communications between the MLA and Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council regarding DMBC's proposals for Doncaster Libraries and Information service and any reference to these communications in meeting minutes, emails and reports.
Yours faithfully,
Lauren Smith
Dear Ms Smith,
Further to my earlier e-mails concerning your FoI request, I would
confirm that I have today posted to you hard copies of e-mail
correspondence, as promised. As I previously mentioned, whilst we have
made efforts to provide those relevant to your enquiry, the technical
limitations of the search process mean that it is not possible to be 100%
certain that every single item of correspondence has been included. I
believe that this response, together with the various documents sent to
you by e-mail on 21 March, answers your original request and the two
similar requests submitted by you on 17 March.
The MLA operates an internal review process in respect of Freedom of
Information requests and if you are not satisfied with this response I
will ask an independent member of the Executive Board to review your
request and the response made. You may also apply to the Information
Commissioner for a decision on whether your request has been dealt with in
accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act, who
may be contacted at:
The Office of the Information Commissioner

Yours sincerely,
David Moores.
