Dear Janet King,
I am writing with regards to your request for information, which was
received 4th January.
We have started to consider your request, however we require further
information before we are able to proceed.
We can confirm that we hold correspondence between Oxford City Council and
the Information Commissioner's Office from 2023. This information concerns
both Freedom of Information and Data Protection matters and includes
service updates; meeting and event arrangements; advice sought/received;
instructions/responses on complaints; regulatory recommendations and
discussions/responses around these recommendations; ad hoc emails.
Are you able to clarify the specific infor mation that you wish to receive
please? Please be advised that depending on the types of information from
the above that you are requesting, our response may be subject to
exemption section 40 (personal data) and section 12 (time/cost limit) of
the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) which may mean we can only partially
disclose information you are requesting.
As you will appreciate the statutory timescale for our response to your
request will not commence until we are supplied with the further
information which we require. In the event that we do not hear from you we
will assume that you do not wish to proceed with your request.
