Dear Highways England Company Limited,

Please provide the following information about correspondence between Highways England (HE) and the Office of Rail & Road (ORR) which makes reference to the issue of "litter" on the HE network, and about meetings held between HE and the ORR in which this issue was discussed.

1. The dates of any such correspondence from HE to the ORR

2. The dates of any such correspondence from the ORR to HE

3. The dates of any such meetings

4. Copies of any such correspondence from HE to the ORR

5. Copies of any such correspondence from the ORR to HE

6. Copies of the minutes of any such meetings.

Please include data from 1st April 2015 to the present date.

Please include all sections of the documents not just those dealing with litter.

However could you please check item 2 - Dates of correspondence etc.

I think some of the document numbers do not correspond to the correspondence dates in sections 1 and 2
