1. Do you have a postroom / mailroom?
2. Are the Members of Staff managed in house or outsourced?
3. How many documents are received per day?
4. How many documents are posted every day?
5. How much did you pay for postage in the last financial year?
6. Do you have any workflow software enabling post to be scanned and sent to the intended recipient? If so, what?
7. Do you have a hybrid mail solution?
8. What is the name, title and email address of the person that is responsible for the everyday running of the postroom?
9. Does the Council use a SMS Text Messaging service to contact Staff / wider community
10. If the answer to Q17 is Yes, how many text messages were sent in the last financial year and how much did the Council spend on this service

forwarded on to the relevant departments, and then automatically deleted.

message has been deleted without being read.
This is not correct, and your email will be read and responded to as
required.
