Dear A Thurston

Thank you for your Freedom of Information request that we received on
17^th December 2016.

We do not hold the information you request; after searching our records we
can find no trace of any communication relating to Educational Freedom,
and can only suggest that if any such communications existed then they
have been deleted in line with the Council's document retention policy.

The Freedom of Information Act asks that public authorities must provide
applicants with particulars of how they may complain about the handling of
their request for information should they wish to.
