Communication from HSE to CAA since January 2014 concerning either toxic cabin air or Fume Events
Dear Civil Aviation Authority,
Can you please tell me how many times since January 2014 you have received communication from the HSE concerning either toxic cabin air or fume events onboard commercial aircraft?
Can you also provide me with copies of any such communication?
