Communication and engagement aims
Dear Health and Care Professions Council,
I note that in FOI request FR04557 you state
"Expenditure for the Christmas lunch is allocated within the communications budget. Like other health and care professional regulators, HCPC’s operational costs are funded through registration fees. We regard the Christmas lunch as an important part of our engagement programme for employees."
Can you please confirm
1) in which previous years (until 2018) the HCPC's Christmas lunch was paid for by the organisation and regarded as part of the employee engagement programme, and the cost for each of those years
2) the stated communication and engagement aims for the Christmas lunch each year as above
3) how many of each year's aims were met and how this was determined
4) what alternative arrangements were made for communication and engagement with staff who did not attend the Christmas lunches
5) what other events occur throughout the year as part of the employee engagement programme, with costs
Yours faithfully,
Kirsten Hey
