Common Law in Family Courts or Not ?

Department for Children, Schools and Families did not have the information requested.

Dear Sir or Madam,

Please state whether or not the Family Courts operate under Common
Law.

If they do operate under Common Law then please provide the
recorded information that states that
parents/relatives/grandparents are guilty until proven innocent.

If the Family Court's do not operate under Common Law, please state
under what Law they operate.

Many families are having to jump through assessment hoops to prove
they are innocent without any evidence or facts that prove them
guilty and whose heritage in the form of their children are being
ripped away forever.

Best Regards,

John Harris

I hope you get an answer to this as I know where we can take this once we get an answer. Thanks so much John for all your hard work and dedication to all of us. You inspire me. I will be there on the 31st. I have tickets. We will decide what to do next when they answer this.

Dear Corporation,

By law (statute), department for Children School and Families should normally have answered by 6 November 2009. Can you state why you are so late in answering and when you intend to do so.

Best regards,

John Harris
