common law

House of Lords did not have the information requested.

Dear House of Lords,

can you explain common law please, and what is the force of law ?

can you explain how Rules & Regulations i.e. Policy's,that is mainly a Company or a Corporate have these rules & regulations are laws ? and upon whom ?

also can you explain how a public servants who is in office can make law ?

and how do any public servants whereby it be a Royals, Government, Judges, thus these are merely all in other words out nicely figure heads, to which how can any one of these make the law, whom gave the Authority ?

can you also explain what is the force of law ?
and the powers you all speak of ?

as all powers are all derived from the people only.

would it be to the point that you only have 3 things to do and that is Duty, Obligations & Responsibilities to serve and protect wo/man and all their properties.

and can you also explain to how wo/man who are not part of the Government and their Legislative to how you can enforce any rules and regulations upon the public you serve and protect ? then claim it to be law?

and as wo/man are NOT a BAR member to the Legal Society to how then you can enforce this as well on to the public to whom you serve and protect? claiming this to be law as well ? and yet ignore real law common law of England ?

as there is NO rules & regulations in common law as common law is very simple... and as been law upon this land know as England and there was never any Legislative and Legal part of this when common law was made and in full swing as it was a stand alone law and the only law upon this land to this day is still the only law upon this land.

can you tell me when was the 1st time ever was this Legislative and the Legal added to common law ? to which a public servants makes ? of rules and regulations know as Legislative Legal are both one and the same.

can you also explain whom gave the authority to remove? delete ? or amend any part of the common law to which you all hide this now and only state rules and regulations of a public servants calling it Legislations Legal to which this is your society to which no one in public are part of, can you conform this ?. as one would need full proof of this.

can you also explain why common law is never used and the public whom have all unalienable rights and freedom to it why do you not allow this ? and even ignore it why ?

i a man require and demand of all of you the public servants to answer this fully to every questions placed upon you on here.

and why are the constable been disbanded ? and only POLICE Officers and not constables as NONE know or even heard of common law. explain this ?

and why is the POLICE now ONLY stating Rules & Regulations only and yet ignore all the real law placed upon this land thousand upon thousand of years ago and to this day it is still law and yours is merely Rules and Regulations know as Legislative Legal to which this is your society and not the people and their common law ?

and can you also confirm that the common law supersedes all know laws and including your rules and regulations knows as Legislative Legal ?

and does common law still carries the death penalty ?

and the seven principle of public Office i.e. a public servants to which breaking this is a common law offence can one state that this is law of the common law upon all the public servants to which even you are under this law ?

Yours faithfully,
Head sheriff of the common law courts of England.

HOL FOI & Information Compliance, House of Lords

Dear C. Hendricks,

I am writing in response to your two e-mails dated 29 January.

I note that you have sent your e-mails by means of the whatdotheyknow
website and have cited the Freedom of Information Act 2000.  It may be
helpful if I explain that this Act provides a right of access to recorded
information held by a public authority.  It does not require public
authorities to create information to answer questions if it does not
already hold the answers to these questions in recorded form, nor does the
Act require public authorities to provide advice on interpreting the law.

We do not already hold the answers to the various points you raise.

You may find it helpful to refer to published material on the common law
available from public or special libraries.

Yours sincerely,

Frances Grey
