Dear East Renfrewshire Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of East Renfrewshire Council's handling of my FOI request 'Common Good Fund Accounts'.

I am disappointed that you have not been able to supply me with a copy of the 2007/08 Common Good accounts. It is not convenient for me to visit the council office in person, and the council should provide the information requested as it is clearly held by the council.

To clarify, I seek the Net Asset Value of the Common Good Fund as listed in the 2007/08 accounts. This should be a straightforward figure to supply.

Furthermore, please also supply an itemised list of debits from the Common Good fund over the last three years, as requested.

Yours faithfully,

Ally Tibbitt
