Further to your release of Management Team papers to another applicant (see http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/ma...), on a brief reading of the documents provided, I note that there have been few, if any, written reports provided by the Commissioner updating the Management Team about meetings held with relevant stakeholders.

I therefore would be grateful if you would provide me with the following information relating to meetings between the Commissioner with Ministers and/or Senior Civil Servants between 1st January 2009 and 28th May 2010:

1) Date of Meeting

2) Purpose of Meeting

3) Attendees

4) Note of the meeting

5) Any subsequent briefing papers issued to Management Team members relating to the meeting but not considered within the monthly MT meeting,
