In each of the last 2 financial years who have Trafford LA commissioned for Speech and Language Therapy (SLT) provision for
a) ages 11-16
b) ages 16-18
c) ages 18-25?
(Please detail services and providers)

Are the SLTs commissioned to undertake diagnostic assessments and direct SLT in
a) ages 11-16
b) ages 16-18
c) ages 18-25?

How many diagnostic assessments have Trafford completed in the last 2 financial years for
a) ages 11-16
b) ages 16-18
c) ages 18-25?

How many children and young people in the following age groups receive direct SLT intervention (i.e. at least weekly, monthly, half termly) from a qualified SLT and how many of those have this direct therapy specified in Part F of their EHCP?
a) ages 11-16
b) ages 16-18
