Commercial Property Purchase Price
Dear Cheshire East Council,
Could you please provide me with the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
1. The addresses and a brief description (eg, shop, office, etc),purchase price and date and rateable value of all commercial premises with a purchase price in excess of £400,000
and
2. The names and addresses of the organisations or companies who are the registered owners as referred to in (1)

You have stated that 'the council does not record the purchase price of commercial properties' which means you cannot provide these details.
I had asked 2 questions in my original correspondence - as follows:
1. The addresses and a brief description (eg, shop, office,etc),purchase price and date and rateable value of all commercial premises with a purchase price in excess of £400,000
and
2. The names and addresses of the organisations or companies who are the registered owners as referred to in (1)
I note that you have only answered one part of the above and not clarified my other questions - please could you provide:

Please find attached a list of all commercial properties including their rateable value along with a brief description. As previously indicated, we do not have any details on the purchase price of the property. We can also only provide the current liable party rather than the owner details of the property since we do not hold details of owners.
