I am writing to request information under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000. In order to assist you with this request, I
am outlining my query as specifically as possible.

a) addresses of all " empty " commercial properties that are
within the Greenwich Borough Council area.

b) The names of the owners of those properties referred to in a above.

Freedom of Information Act 2000 Request - Empty Commercial Premises

 

Thank you for your communication of 14^th October 2013, in which you
request me to provide you with a list of all empty commercial properties
in the borough.

 

Please find a list detailing all the empty properties within the borough,
although you will appreciate that due to Data Protection regarding
personal details, I am unable to provide you with the details of
individual owner/occupiers of the assessments, only those of
non-individuals.

 

Hoping this is of assistance.

If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the
right to ask for an internal review. Internal review requests should be
submitted within two months of the date of receipt of the response to your
original letter and should be addressed to: The Director of Finance: Mrs D

If you are not content with the outcome of your complaint, you may apply
