Further to your Freedom of Information requested received on 30th September 2015 I can confirm that we are unable to provide the information you have requested at the level of detail required under section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2005.

It would cost too much and take too much staff time to deal with the request as the information that you have requested and it would take over 18 hours for us to locate the information to provide it for you.

However as you have advised that you wish to make public the manner in which such issues are handled by academies I attach a copy of our complaints policy.
