Dear Mr Booth,

Re: Freedom of Information Act Request ref: LBH/8300819

Thank you for your request for information received on 18 January 2019, in
which you asked for the following, my responses are set out in red after
the questions where we are able to answer.

We are unable to answer the other questions because In relation to your
request we consider this information is exempt from the Freedom of
Information Act under Section 38 (Health & Safety)

We are not obliged to provide information if its release would be likely
to endanger the health and safety of an individual. In this case, we
believe that releasing the information would be likely to endanger the
physical or mental health of residents of blocks and a possible target for
foul play.

In line with the terms of this exemption in the Freedom of Information
Act, we have also considered whether it would be in the public interest
for us to provide you with the information, despite the exemption being
applicable. In this case, we have concluded that the public interest
favours withholding the information.

Public interest considerations favouring disclosure are transparency and
public interest considerations favouring withholding the information are
the health and safety of residents of the block.

This letter is a refusal notice as required by the Freedom of Information
Act.

us to conduct an Internal Review. If so, please contact the Feedback and
