Colwyn Bay offices
Dear Conwy County Borough Council,
Please confirm how the new council offices in Colwyn Bay are being funded. Is this a PFI scheme? Or another type of finance scheme?
The offices I mean are: http://www.conwy.gov.uk/en/Business/Rege...

Dear Derek O'Connor,
Further to your response to this FOI, could you please confirm what the cost to the taxpayer for this is?
Are the offices to be rented from M&G, and if so, what is the monthly/annual cost for the rent? Is this for the full 40 year term? If not rented, then how is it being paid for by Conwy County Borough Council?
Thank you,
H Spencer
