The request was successful.

Dear Department for Transport,

Please could you answer the following questions?

Q1. In 2020, how many pedestrians in Great Britain were

i. Slightly injured
ii. Seriously injured
iii. Killed

as a result of the driver/rider of each of following vehicles disobeying a red light traffic signal:

a. Cycle
b. Motorcycle
c. Car (driver)
d. Bus
e. Taxi
f. Van
g. HGV

Q2. In 2020, how many pedestrians were

i. Slightly injured
ii. Seriously injured
iii. Killed

on the footway or verge (including incidents where a vehicle is backing out of a private drive) by the following vehicles:

a. Cycle
b. Motorcycle
c. Car (driver)
d. Bus
e. Taxi
f. Van
g. HGV

The above questions are to update the data you kindly sent me on 24th November 2020: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...

If you are able to provide both 'adjusted' and 'unadjusted' figures for slight and serious injuries, that would be useful.

Thank you

Yours faithfully,

Cherry Allan
