Nick Brown, Linacre College, Oxford

Dear Mr Lamming,

I am responding on behalf of Linacre College, to your request for
information under the Freedom of Information Act (2000) sent by email to
the College Secretary on 9^th January 2017.

Linacre College has not levied any fines on students since 2010. The
College occasionally passes on administrative charges made by the
University of Oxford for issuing “cease and desist” notifications for
copyright violation. We do not keep a record of this.

Yours sincerely,

Nick Brown
