College level admissions statistics for Computer Science (G400)
Dear University of Oxford,
I request you to provide Computer Science (G400) admissions statistics for UCAS application year 2021 (applications opening in Sep-20 to confirmation in Aug-21), as per following criteria
1. No of total applicants, no of interview calls and final offers made segragated across home (UK) and international applicants (for every college individually)
2. number of offers and % of offers (of the total offers) made to home female applicants (for every college individually).
3. number of offers and % of offers (of the total offers) made to home applicants from private fee paying schools (for every college individually).
4. number of offers and % of offers (of the total offers) made to home applicants from BAME category (for every college individually).

As per the information provided , the total number of offers made totals to 27. This is inconsistent with the information published on website of Computer Science department at Oxford University. It shows total number of offers made were 47. The link is http://www.cs.ox.ac.uk/admissions/underg...
Can you kindly explain. There are several asterisks (*) shown in the information provided which are unexplained - can you kindly clarify their meaning as well.

The data provided in our response to your FOI request relates to applicants for 2021 course entry as your request specified 'UCAS application year 2021'. The data you highlight on the Department of Computer Science website, however, relates to applicants for 2022 course entry.
Where an asterisks appears in the data provided, that indicates a number that has been redacted as set out in our response letter.
