Dear Northern Ireland Ambulance Service Health and Social Care Trust,

Can NIAS please confirm if there was a collapse call in Comber on 11 January 2019?
Was an RRV dispatched from CRAIGAVON to attend this incident?
What time was the 999 call made at, was it by a member of the public or whom?
What was the nature/description of the call?
Was anyone doing CPR?
What time was an RRV dispatched from CRAIGAVON at?
What time did this RRV arrive at?
How many Station Officers or other NIAS personnel were 'on call' in and around the general Comber area and (Craigavon), with their own equipment and vehicles?
Give grades and numbers of NIAS personnel within the general Craigavon/Comber area, who could have attended this call and why they did not?
Why was none of these officers tasked to attend this call, which was nearer to the incident than Craigavon?
Did an A&E ambulance attend this call?
If so, where was it sent from, what station?
What was the arrival time?
What was the outcome of this call?
On this particular date, how many A&E ambulances and RRVs were dropped, how many staff were not on duty, due to sick leave, or other, please supply specific stations and grades of absentees.
How many senior officers, station officers, etc who should have been on duty at the time of this incident, attended the incident, grades and numbers and locations please.

Due to the fact that NIAS has failed to respond to the Freedom of Information submission made on 11 February 2019 and well beyond legislation limits, I would take this opportunity to inform NIAS that in the absence of a full response by 19 April, the matter will be referred to the Information Commissioners Office in order to obtain the requested information
