We have dealt with your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000
and in line with our Freedom of Information Act policy which can be found

You have requested:

* Minutes of the Colchester RGS Governing Body for any meetings that have
taken place during academic year 2024/25, including any referenced
supporting documents.

I have attached meeting minutes and the referenced supporting documents
for the following meeting dates:

• 1. 2^nd October 2024
• 2. 12^th November 2024

The minutes have been redacted:

• where personal data is recorded which is information relating to an
identified or identifiable individual, under Section 40(2) exemption
for personal data 40.  This includes where the data set is below 5 and
therefore individuals may be identified.
• where releasing the information would prejudice commercial interests,
under section 43. The minutes are marked up to show where these
redactions have been applied.

There was also a further meeting within the period, on 28^th January 2025,
these minutes have not yet been approved by the AGB, this will be done at
the next full AGB meeting in May 2025, and then I will release these to
you, so in the meantime this information is withheld under exemption 22,
future publication.  I have diarised to release this information to you
once the minutes have been approved.

* Minutes of any Colchester RGS Governing Body committee or working group
meetings that have taken place during academic year 2024/25, including any
referenced supporting documents.

There are no relevant records for this period.  Please note that the H&S
Committee meeting due to take place and referenced in the minutes was
deferred to a later date.

* Any Board of Directors Minutes for academic year 2024/25 within which
Colchester Royal Grammar School is mentioned.
