Code of Appeals Procedure
Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
I note that the Code of Appeals Procedure 2009 (as amended 2011) applies to decisions made before 28/10/13 but have been unable to find its successor documents. Does this policy remain in force or has it been superseeded? If so, please would you supply me with ALL the policy documents that have replaced it.
Many thanks
Yours faithfully,
Franceska Dante

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Work and Pensions's handling of my FOI request 'Code of Appeals Procedure'.
I find it very hard to believe that the compendium of policies replacing the Code of Appeals Procedure is not already in existence and that it would cost in excess of £600 to send to me.
At the very least, please could you tell me in which documents these policies are now contained in order that I can request them separately.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...
Yours faithfully,
Franceska Dante
