coastal defence spending on Criccieth beaches.

We're waiting for Amber Clarke-Flavell to read a recent response and update the status.

Amber Clarke-Flavell

Dear Gwynedd Council,

I would like to know the amount of money that has been spent on maintenance of sea defenses as part of the shoreline management plan for area PDZ12 in Criccieth Gwynedd. This is part of SMP 1 area 8.
I'm particularly interested in a breakdown of spend on maintenance spend on particular defenses e.g. Sea walls, wooden revetment, breakwater, the groynes at the east end of Criccieth main beach and the groynes on marine beach. I would also like to know how much money has been spent replenishing or moving sediment around on the shingle ridge at the far eastern end of the bay (before black rock sands).
I would also like to know the initial costs of each management plan in place along Criccieth.

Yours faithfully,
Amber Clarke-Flavell
