A.1 Following a change in ownership of the former coal haul road,
discussions are taking place with the new landowners on their proposals
for its restoration. The new landowners have entered into formal
pre-application discussions with the County Council as Local Planning
Authority with a view to submitting a planning application for the
restoration of the former haul road in the coming months.
