Dear University for the Creative Arts,
How much have you generated since 2015 per year?
What plans if any do you have to cut it?
How much extra will those plans cost?
Yours faithfully,
Abdul Hai

Dear University for the Creative Arts,
How much have you generated since 2015 per year?
Tonnes of CO2 equivalent arising from energy consumption (scopes 1, 2 & 3) at our four campuses in the last five academic years are as follows:
Acad. Year Tonnes CO2 equivalent
2014/15 4576
2015/16 4420
2016/17 3902
2017/18 3647
2018/19 3477
What plans if any do you have to cut it?
UCA's Carbon Management Plan 3 was approved in 2016 and sets out plans to achieve a commitment made in 2010 to achieve a 37% reduction in absolute carbon emissions by 2019/20 compared to 2005 levels. Full details of planned energy efficiency measures are provided in http://webdocs.ucreative.ac.uk/Carbon_Ma.... UCA's fourth Carbon Management is in development and will be published later this year, with details of future energy efficiency measures and renewable energy plans beyond 2020.
How much extra will those plans cost?
Projected costs are outlined to the end of academic year 2019/20 in UCA's Carbon Management Plan 3.
Yours faithfully,
Abdul Hai
