Clozapine Administration Blood Monitoring

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Greater Glasgow NHS Board should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Greater Glasgow NHS Board,

Please provide full details of Clozapine Monitoring Protocols including Consultants, Pharmacists, Duty Doctors, GGC Screening Labs, and L|icensed Drug Company. Please also include strategies in place to monitor bloods on bank holidays for non-clinical and clinical staff.

Please confirm if ward staff have access to alert results and how duty doctors manage the monitoring of in-patients out of hours.
