Cloud collaboration within the Council

The request was successful.

Dear Greenwich Borough Council,

As part of my research on Cloud Computing within Local government I
wanted to understand the following information.

Does the Council have/ or planning to have a Cloud Strategy in
place?

If so, Who is responsible for the Cloud Strategy? (Name/Job title)

Does the Council use SharePoint online or Office 365?

If so who is responsible for this? (Name/Job title)

What is SharePoint online/Office 365 being used for? eg
collaboration, business processes, mobile working etc.

Finally how many people in the council have access to cloud
products such as Office 365?

Many thanks for you time.

Yours faithfully,

Merrick Hooper
