Tracey Billington

Dear Alsager Town Council,

I believe the snooker hall in the institute has been closed to the snooker players during the times that the nursey is open. Can you advise fully on why this decision was taken, who authorised the decision (please include any minutes of meetings where this decision was discussed). Please include any relevant background reports such as Offsted and other agency reports that assisted with the decision to close the snooker hall during the times that the nursery is open

Yours faithfully,
Tracey Billington
