Dear Ms Davidson,

Thank you for your message.

I don't want to be really specific about what I would like to see: I imagined that the public Board systems (which allow a good level of extraction of information) would be similar to those systems holding the private information, and therefore able to cope with my request.

However, if you have any problems at all and can suggest ways in which I can refine my request to help you, please do let me know.

I would be willing, in particular, to pick particular items from agendas, if that's any help.

Yours sincerely,

Mr Wyllie

Dear Mr Wylie,

Thank you very much for getting back to me.  I think your suggestion to
select items from particular agendas is very helpful.

All our Board agendas, including the closed session agendas, are available
on our website [1]http://www.snh.gov.uk/.  The link to the particular
website page is;

[2]http://www.snh.org.uk/board/default.asp

I have attached a screen shot of search criteria you may wish to use.
These criteria will return a list of Board meetings in chronological
order.  When you click on a particular meeting you will be able to view
the agenda for the closed session of that meeting.

You are also welcome to contact Julian Bishop or Carole Wells on  01463
725000 if you would like assistance navigating the board agendas.

I look forward to hearing from you again.

Your sincerely,

Rhoda Davidson

Dear Ms Davidson,

I have had an oppurtunity to look at your website, and these are the dates I am interested in:

Meetings from 16/06/2009 to 20/04/2010 of the SNH Board, and meetings of the SNH Board in 2003.

I am only interested, I should say, in the main SNH Board. This shouldn't add up to too many papers, but please contact me if you think it's too much.

Yours sincerely,

Mr Wyllie

Dear Mr Wyllie,

Thank you very much for getting back to me with this additional
information.  We will respond to your information request as soon as
possible, and in any case by 12 July.

Dear Mr Wyllie,

We are preparing further documents for release in response to your
request.  Due to the number of documents it may be more practical to
provide these to you on CD-ROM.  Would you be happy to receive these
documents on CD-ROM by post?  If so could you please supply a postal
address?

I look forward to hearing from you.

Hello there,

Thanks for your message.

While not against the use of a CD-ROM, I should say I think it may be better for everyone to have the papers online, because everyone will have access to them. This allows you to use the "information otherwise available" exemption.

So while I'm happy to provide you with my address if it's really needed, I would rather we kept going with the online publication. If it's causing any problems, please do let me know - because I haven't come to a firm position on this.

Thanks again for your help - it's really appreciated.

Dear Mr Wyllie,

Thank you for confirming your preferred format.

Given the number of documents I will send these in batches, and so this is
the first of three emails you will receive.  I have attached our response
letter with this email, along with the first batch of documents.

If you have any problems accessing any of the documents please don't
hesitate to let me know and I'll be very happy to assist.
