Cllr Steve Mumby what input have you put into the failed Chinatown site Liverpool?

We're waiting for Jeff Thomas to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Liverpool City Council,
Freedom of information request
To: Cllr Steve Mumby
Cllr Steve Mumby what input have you put into the failed Chinatown site that is your ward, have you done any due diligence on this new company ( Great George Street Developments) Ltd?

As a Liverpool City Councillor - have you held any public talks in Chinatown, with the business leaders or informed them that no 106 fees have ever being collected from this company or Chinatown Developments Ltd and NPG Ltd.

As the councillor for this ward, have you talked to [Unite the Union] or Mr John Sheppard with regards to another failed project in your ward: Baltic House and the loss of jobs and vast loss to the local economy?

Cllr Mumby what is your total income per year as a Councillor along with all your expenses as from 2014?

Cllr Mumby in 2014/15 have you ever taken any donations from: PHD1/ Chinatown Developments ltd/ NPG Ltd? have you been to any off record or public meeting with Peter McInnes in 2014/15?

What due diligence did Liverpool City Council do in respect of Great George Developments Ltd (GGSD) which in October 2018 submitted planning application 18F/2727 in respect of the New Chinatown development?

Are the Council aware that Neal Hunter, who as a director of GGSD submitted planning application 18F/2727, is also a director of China Town Development Company Ltd (CTDC), the company which according to an article in the Liverpool Echo dated 9 March 2018 "controls the leases to the site"?

Did the council take into consideration that the company New China Town Buyers Ltd has an undischarged charge registered against CTDC which is secured on property leased by the council to CTCD ?

What is the council doing regarding monies owed to it by CTDC ?

Has Liverpool City Council held any talks with John Sheppard of the Unite union regarding the loss of jobs and the resulting effect on the local economy caused by the stalled developments in the City?

Yours faithfully,
J Thomas
